HipOp v2.1.2006.12.04.01 released

A new version of HipOp has been released, these are the main changes:

• Distance Map: corrected the bug related to the percentage of prosthesis-bone contact.
• Arbitrary Slice View: added sliders to rotate and move more interactively the arbitrary plane.
• 2D Measure: corrected the measure values taken in the Arbitrary Slice View.
