New HipOpCT Release

A new HipOpCT version has been released (2.0.2006.08.24.1). These are the major changes :

• Blended View: the CT Slices are now displayed with the same orientation of the Slices in the RXCT View.
• The first tentative position of the stem has been improved, especially the orientation for right implant.
• Improved the interaction with the prosthesis in the Slices panels of the RXCT View.
